Processing Time

  • We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving it. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. The shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is our Return Policy:

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info.jmehouseofposh@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. All emails will be answered within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
     

  • When shipping your return, include your name, address, phone number and email address. Please package your item securely. Shipping fees and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in 2-4 business days.  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info.jmeshouseofposh@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info.jmehouseofposh@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item and will cover the cost of return shipping.
